Mundiven C.A. was created
in Caracas, Venezuela, in 1974, specializing in the manufacture, design
and installation of closet, tub & shower Doors. Four years later,
Mundiven acquired the technology of Vistawall Group (Howmet Aluminum
Corporation), a company based in Dallas, Texas,
for the manufacture of windows and curtain walls.
In 1993 Mundiven S.A. was established in Colombia, with its own
technology and engineering, for the production of curtain walls,
window frames and other aluminum products. To the present day we
have produced more than 210,000 Sq.Mt. (2,250,000 Sq.Ft.), representing
a total success attributable to our constant research and development,
translated into a wide variety of products with high technology,
design, quality, functionality and personalized service that satisfy
the needs of a demanding market.
In the early 2001, *MUNDIVEN CORPORATION *began its operations in
Miami, Florida by focusing on the design, manufacture and installation
of shower doors and tub enclosures.
By mid 2006 *MDV Glass Contractors*, a division of Mundiven Corporation
was established in order to offer a wider variety of glazing applications
which include the following:
