Mundiven was created in Caracas, Venezuela, in 1974 by our current Manager.

Due to the architectonic development that surged in the last decades, our company decides to acquire in 1978 the technology of Vistawall Group (Howmet Aluminum Corporation), a multinational company based in Dallas, Texas, USA.

For more than 23 years of a well confirmed tradition, our company had great acceptance in the Venezuelan construction market, developing big scale projects that total more than 320,000 sq. mt.

In 1992 the company is established in Colombia by the same founder and feasibility studies are started with the objective of researching the potential Colombian market for the establishment of an advanced industry with its own technology and engineering, for the production of curtain walls, window frames and other manufactured products in aluminum. In September 1993 the decision to start operations in our own plant located in the Kilometer 7.5 of Autopista Medellín, Parque Industrial Bruselas. with a built area of 5,000 Sq.Mt. (53,820 sq.ft) is taken.

To the present day we have produced more than 120,000 sq. m. for different buildings in Colombia, representing a total success attributable to our constant research and development, translated into a broad variety of products with high technology, design, quality, functionality and personalized service that satisfy the needs of a demanding market.

In 2001 the new branch Mundiven Corporation is established initially in Miami-Florida seeking merges with construction corporations and other companies that manufacture similar products.
